Important Dates and General Instructions
If you have the intention to take part in the symposium, please:
Important Dates:
July 31st, 2020, is the last day to submit a contribution to be considered and published before the start of the symposium, the pre-registration being made;
September 14th, 2020, is the last day to submit a contribution for personal oral presentation;
December 25th, 2020, is the last day to submit a contribution for extramural presentation.

The date of (pre-)registration of the contribution (and/or application for participation) is the date when correct registration fee reaches (is credited to) the accounts of OP&PM Editorial, or TVP Science Publishers, or Edukacijos Akademija. First galley-proofs of all registered contributions are allocated at the Web site www.tvp.ru of TVP Science Publishers. Contributions accepted by Organizing Committee and intended for personal oral presentation that have been received and registered before July 31st, 2020, will be published prior the start of symposium in the journal OP&PM Surveys Appl. Industr. Math., vol. 27, issue 2; all other accepted contributions will be published in this journal in vol. 27, issue 4. Guidelines for Authors and Payment Instructions are provided below.

Invitations and Visa Requirements. Organizing Bureau and Local Organizing Committee assist participants from countries with citizenship that requires visa to travel to Russian Federation: please, check the short unofficial list. A scanned copy of the PASSPORT or other ID travel document valid to apply for RF viza must be sent to Orgbureau BISAIM/OP&PM by e-mail to addresses oppm@tvp.ru and/or oppm_dom@mail.ru on or before June 30th, 2020. A confirmation letter of booking may be available from the Hotel Dagomys Resort to those who need more freedom in choice of dates. Some useful detailed but unofficial information (with official references) can be founded here. An official but useless information for those who cannot read Russian is here and here. Much more important but notorious information on the necessity to some guests to register their stay in RF is here; to those who stay in the hotel it is not needed. An official but only partly useful information on visa centers is here. If you should have Russian visa and travel by car, an extra insurance (for car) is needed to cross the border.

The official language of Symposium is English. Another language may be used at minisymposia or at contribution sections: on request of participants the language is established by the chair of the minisymposium (or section) based only on unanimous consent of all presented participants.
Special requirements of participants (like special demonstration equipment or simultaneous interpreter to English language) should be reported to Local Organizing Committee not later then August 14th, 2020; an extra fee may be applied.

Guidelines for Author's Contribution.
The number of communications and their size.
  1. The text of the communication should be in English language. A list of key words, short summary and UDC are obligatory. Two printed copies should be sent or by surface mail with the mark «To BISAIM'2020» to the address: office 1002, 47 Nakhimovskii Ave., Moscow 117418, RF, or a scanned copy (say, *.pdf) should be sent by e-mail to the address oppm@tvp.ru and/or oppm_dom@mail.ru, in both cases the first page being equipped by author's (all coauthors) signature(s) and the date under words «To public release». The heading should include initials and last name of the author(s), title of communication, the city and the shortcut name of organization(s).
  2. To speed up consideration and publication of the communication in the form accepted by Organizing Committee it is recommended to send the communication electronically (files prepared in LATEX 2ε in accordance with the template are appreciating very much) to the address oppm@tvp.ru and/or oppm_dom@mail.ru. The name of the file should be started with first 7 letters of roman transliteration of the last name of the registered author (co-author). The texts provided in other systems than TEX, should be easily convertible to text files (except formulas). In the case of discrepancy the undersigned copy is decisive for publication.
  3. The size of communication which involves separately formulated mathematical propositions (theorems, lemmas, corollaries,...) should not exceed 5000 symbols (appr. two pages printed by brevier in the journal, including figures and tables). The size of the communication which does not contain such propositions, should not exceed 4000 symbols (appr. one and a half page printed by brevier in the journal, including figures and tables). Restriction: no more than one communication and no more than two communications written in co-authorship may be published! Such being the case, the second contribution should be registered separately and the registration fee is applied by the name of the co-author. Extra communication is considered and may be published and included into programs of meetings, when the participant registers the extended participation, namely in Fall Open session of XXI All-Russian Symposium on Applied and Industrial Mathematics (First Intake is more theoretical, Second Intake is more applied), one communication to one Intake.
  4. Texts of communications are considered by Organizing Committee and are published if none objection is met. (The rejection is not a reason to invite the author to take part in the meeting.)
  5. To check the typeset for correctness and to make participants acquainted with communications of other participants prior to the meeting, first galley-proofs are allocated as *.pdf files at Internet address www.tvp.ru of TVP Science Publishers page «ТВП», where updates regarding Symposium are published as well.

  • until July 31st, 2020,  incl. — (the postal stamp is decisive) 94% of the payment received less bank charges will be returned;
  • until August 31st, 2020  incl. — (the postal stamp is decisive) the payment received less 6% and less the amount corresponding to the extramural form of participation less bank charges will be returned;

«OP&PM» Editorial assists participants in accomodation (fixed reduced rates listed below are applied) in base hotels.

If you wish to share a room with another participant to reduce expenses, please, choose your roommate before pre-registrating yourself; unfortunately, the Orgbureau cannot do it for you.

Hotel Dagomys Resort (7 Leningradskaya Street, Sochi—Dagomys, Tel./fax +7 862 227 3079, +7 918 405 2323, www.dagomys.ru), the venue of the symposium, provides quite attractive rates for participants of the event. The viza support is not available, a confirmation of the booked period can be sent instead. Hotel is the ideal place for scientific work, rest and entertainment. It is situated on the territory of former Tsar's dacha, in 11 km distance from the center of the brilliant city of Sochi. Superbly equipped beaches, heated swimming pools, a lot of of medical procedures, arboretum on site, gym and playground, library, free parking, high-speed access to Internet, Wi-Fi in public areas and so on. Rates include the breakfest.

Hotel Rio (21/3 Leningradskaya Street, Sochi—Dagomys, Tel. +7 862 252 1114, +7 862 252 1115, +7 928 667 1888) provides to participants very special reduced rates. The hotel is situated ``next door'' to the territory of former Tsar's dacha, within walking distance (490 m) from the symposium venue, in 620 m walking distance from the train station Dagomys, in 11 km distance from the center of the luxury city of Sochi. Each spacious room is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, balcony and seating area with an LCD TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and in the rooms of the hotel. It offers accommodation options with pets. Free private parking is available. Guests of all rooms can use a private bathroom with hairdryer. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Distance to Sochi International airport is 32 km. Additionally the hotel offers organization of excursion activities and transfer from the airport or train station (on request).
